Insured Shipping on Every Order At Laurita Jewelry, we take the safety of your purchase seriously. All packages are insured for their full declared value at the time of shipping, so your investment is protected from the moment it leaves our store until it arrives at your door.

Processing Time

  • Standard orders: 1–3 business days to process before shipment.
  • Custom or made-to-order items: Processing time varies depending on the complexity of the piece. You will be notified of the estimated timeline after your order is placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery We ship via reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and selected shipping method at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipment Insurance Every order shipped by Laurita Jewelry is insured for its full declared value. In the event of a lost or damaged package during transit, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Package Loss or Damage in Transit If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and/or item (if applicable)
  • Your tracking number

Laurita Jewelry will work with the carrier to resolve the claim as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Signature Requirements For orders above a certain value, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the carrier will leave instructions for rescheduling delivery or holding the package at a local facility.
