Thank you for shopping with Laurita Jewelry. Every piece we sell is carefully inspected for quality before it leaves our hands. Because of the significant material value of our gold and fine jewelry, please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
All Sales Are Final — No Cash Refunds All sales are final. Laurita Jewelry does not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances. This applies to all payment methods and all product categories unless otherwise stated below.
Exchange Policy We offer exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date as confirmed by the tracking carrier.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Items showing any signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage will not be accepted for exchange.
- Exchanges are processed for items of equal or greater value. If the exchanged item is of greater value, the customer is responsible for the price difference.
- Laurita Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Exchangeable Items The following items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:
- Custom or personalized jewelry (custom length, karat, engraving, name, or design)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Any item that has been worn, resized, or altered after delivery
- Any item purchased with metal or materials supplied by the customer
- Earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
Store Credit In select cases where a direct exchange is not possible — such as when the original item is out of stock — Laurita Jewelry may offer store credit at our discretion. Store credit has no expiration date and may be applied toward any future purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: (1) your order number, and (2) clear photos of the item and packaging showing the damage. Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied. Verified defects will be resolved through exchange or store credit at our sole discretion.
Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted.
- Custom orders (Cuban link chains, custom bracelets, custom pendants, made-to-order items): Subject to a 20% restocking/cancellation fee if cancelled after production has begun.
- Regular (non-custom) orders: Subject to a 6% restocking fee if cancelled after processing has begun.
- Orders using customer-provided materials (gold, silver, or other metals): Sales are final with no exceptions. No cancellations will be accepted once the order is placed.

Please include your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for your exchange request. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service when returning items. Laurita Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Once the item is received and inspected, we will confirm your exchange.

Fraud Prevention To protect against fraud and unauthorized exchanges, all requests are subject to verification. Laurita Jewelry reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet our requirements, shows signs of wear or tampering, or is suspected of fraudulent intent.
